Gen-Z has arrived

If given the opportunity to work in a suitable setting, the new tech-savvy generation is full of ideas and passion. Gen-Z workers are less interested in sticking to a traditional 9-to-5 work schedule and prefer a more flexible work environment. If this generation is given the right atmosphere, they will thrive.
